We operate HQ Fit Studio out a private studio gym in Westridge, Orillia. Our gym is 1,300 square feet, and we are outfitted with commercial gym equipment so that we can provide our clients with the best possible personal training in our facility. Our goal is to provide commercial gym functionality in a private training studio for our clients’ comfort. In addition to our 1,300 square foot gym, we also have a 600 square foot studio room where we run our Spin Classes and other group fitness classes out of.

We’re conveniently located in Westridge, Orillia at 20 Diana Drive – right in the same complex as Starbucks. We share our large unit with BOSS Supplement Orillia, so that we can also provide the best nutritional advise for our clients to help them on their fitness journey!
